FOH as a
Catalyst
The word catalyst is
not given its full weight outside of science. The catalyst is not the
desired state, goal, or product. It merely helps one get there. To succeed, it
must not only “deliver the product,” but immediately disassociate itself from
that product, and become itself again. This enables the catalyst to start its
servant role all over again. A catalyst is a self-effacing agent making
something “good” happen, faster.
